Tam Tri is one of the largest private hospital networks in Vietnam, operating seven facilities across the central and southern regions. During our investment period, we supported the company in expanding its capacity through strategic bolt-on acquisitions, resulting in more than a twofold increase in both the number of beds (to 1,000) and annual patient visits (approximately 1 million). We successfully exited the investment via a trade sale.
Investment Rationale:
This represents another domestic consumption-driven investment thesis. As Vietnam’s middle class expands and disposable incomes rise, consumer demand is shifting toward higher-quality services such as private healthcare, especially as public hospitals face increasing strain. We focus on hospitals that deliver premium care while remaining accessible to the broader population.
